Hi Vikki,

From time to time we may sell out of a particular style on the website and yet some stores may still have that item in stock.

A good tip is to look for the 8-digit barcode on product tags in store. If you make a note of the first 5 numbers you can search for this on the website or call our customer service team who will be happy to try and track the product down or let you know if it will be coming back in.

Lindsay Harpin Hi, when did you change your delivery service to the Home delivery Network? they are truely shocking. I wont be ordering again!! Next day delivery is a thing of the past, i wasn't even left a card today to say they had attempted to deliver my parcel. Even though their tracking service says they attempted at 5pm ( i was at home!! ) A very angry customer!!!
