Next Friday, August 14th, a ProStart alum will be on the Food Network's new show, Chefs vs. City! Check out Santanna Salas of the MGM's SEABLUE restaurant. Santanna is a graduate of the ProStart program at Coronado High School in Las Vegas, and is now a pastry chef with Michael Mina's SEABLUE restaurant.
Her episode airs on the Food Network at 10pm EST/PST on Friday, August 14th.
