Reuben K. Harpole Jr. The evening of today - Thursday, the 10th of September was one of my greatest days celebrated with over two hundred friends and guests at the Wisconsin Black Historical Society Museum here in Milwaukee. A group of Elders ordained me as the paramount Chief of all of Milwaukee. There was singing,dancing, drumming and food. Speakers and elders topped it off.
