Did you know that Gene Simmons came up with the slogan "I am Indy"...interestingly enough it was developed by him and a Canadian named Bag. Any chance that they "borrowed" the slogan from another famous I am campaign...the one that had us all quoting....I am Canadian?!"
Simmons has a brand management company that is responsible for marketing of the IndyCar Racing Series.

The 12th Annual Dragon Boat Festival is looking for Volunteers. The event takes place August 22, 23 & 24 at Louise McKinney Park. Come and join the fun and watch the fastest growing water sport!
Many positions are available- B...eer gardens, Merchandise Tent, Info Booth, Gates, Parking and more..
We provide a free t-shirt & hat, meals, a chance to win a Via Rail pass for 4 Edmonton-Jasper plus other great prizes. A post Volunteer appreciation party will be held at The Lingnan.

Park N Ride will deparet at all sites at 7am on all three days. Last buses will depart the Indy site at 1900 each day.
Cost is $3 each way.
Volunteers wearing their credentials and event shirt will ride ETS and Park n' Ride transport for free on any of the three days of the event.
