Hi Lisa, you can absolutely leave out the peanuts! If it were a peanut allergy issue, we'd recommend choosing a different recipe as the dough also has peanut butter. The oats, however, provide texture and dry ingredients. You could leave out the oats and increase the flour to two cups. We can't guarantee the results, as this method hasn't been tested in the Reynolds Kitchen. Have fun and let us know how it works out.

Christine L Ferguson Please Help!!! I have a Reynolds Freezer Vacuum and can't find bags for it. Is this product discontinued? If so I am very disappointed after using this product for more than a year and absolutely love it! I have looked for over a week in 5 different retail stores.
