When I was dx in 1992, I was put on sulfasalizine, prednisone & rotated my NSAIDs because my body would get used to them so I had to change them as they became useless. I really don't want to deal with another medicine change. I think those are the hardest things to deal with.

What a great New Year's Wish! It is a huge accomplishment in this RA journey to come to understand that the pain may or may not go away, and just by asking for the strength to see it through we can gain a sense of empowerment over it! Cheers everyone!

I did reiki once a week for about six weeks, the sessions themselves gave me great peace of mind and an overhelming sense of relaxation, which helped greatly.
