La “mondiale della macchina utensile” promossa da CECIMO, Comitato Europeo di Cooperazione tra Industrie della Macchina Utensile, è nuovamente ospitata da Milano, la più operosa e, insieme, la più mondana tra le città italiane, che ai protagonisti della manifestazione riserva una straordinaria novità...: il modernissimo centro espositivo fieramilano.
Dimensioni da primato, totale fruibilità degli spazi, dotazioni tecnologiche avanzatissime, eccezionale “vivibilità”: il nuovo quartiere fieristico milanese, capace di ridefinire gli standard espositivi mondiali, garantisce a EMO MILANO 2009 condizioni operative adeguate all’importanza e al prestigio dell’evento e delle imprese che ne sono protagoniste.
Frutto dell’innovativo progetto firmato da Massimiliano Fuksas, il complesso espositivo dispone di padiglioni praticamente privi di colonne e ingombri strutturali, così da assicurare a tutti gli stand accessibilità e visibilità straordinarie.
Ognuno dei padiglioni (circa 37.000 metri quadrati) è dotato di reception, punti di ristorazione, sale convegno, aree per uffici.
Oltre che dal viale centrale, ai padiglioni si può accedere attraverso il tunnel in quota, che consente spostamenti al coperto, in ambiente climatizzato.

5-10 October 2009. The “machine tool world exhibition” promoted by CECIMO, European Committee for the Co-operation among Machine Tool Industries, is again hosted in Milan, the busiest and, at the same time, the most fashionable among the Italian cities, which is offering an extraordinary novelty to the protagonists of the exhibition: the state-of-the-art exhibition centre fieramilano.
Record sizes, a total space usability, very advanced technological facilities, exceptional ”liveableness”: the new “Fiera Milano” fairground, capable of redefining the world exhibiting standards, warrants, for EMO MILANO 2009, operating conditions that are adequate to the importance and to the prestige of the event and of the enterprises that are its protagonists.
A result of the innovative project signed by Massimiliano Fuksas, the fairground has eight pavilions (two of them are two-storied).
The pavilions are practically without any pillars or structural encumbrances, in order to ensure extraordinary accessibility and visibility to all booths.
Each pavilion (covering a surface of about 37,000 sq. m), has reception desks, bars and restaurants, conference rooms and office areas.
It is possible to enter the pavilions not only from the central avenue, but also from the elevated tunnel, walking under shelter, in an air-conditioned room. Read More
