Rhode Island New Moms Connection Breathing Time Yoga will be facilitating a drum circle on Saturday December 5th from 12.30-2PM, for couples who are expecting. Through the use of breathing techniques, wellness exercises, self and group inspired drumming, and guided visual imagery couples are given a unique opportunity to bond with themselves and their soon-to-be-born children as they explore their anticipations, questions, and intuitive knowledge around the birthing process. ... No previous drumming experience necessary for this group.
