City Council has not made a final decision; the recommendation considered this week includes garbage collection every week, yard waste collection every other week and recycling collection by subscription in alternate weeks. Council will discuss options at its Dec. 1 meeting.

Rocio

Rocio I would like to know what the fly zone is in residential areas. I live by the Richland Airport, and the helicopters fly very low - low enough to rattle the pots and cabinets inside my house. Is there something that can be done about this?
