Visitors come to marketing agency websites because they are looking for services. So why is it so hard to figure out what some agencies do? Why not offer clear introductory text on the front page and have a standalone services page? That's our position and exactly what we're doing on our new site: http://www.testinea...stwood.com.php5-18.websitetestlink.com/s ervices/
Eastwood Media is a full-service digital agency based in Richmond, VA. We work with some of the greatest clients in the world launching cross-platform solutions for web, e-commerce, social media and online campaigns.

404 PAGE NOT FOUND. We've all been there. Clicking around our favorite website when, BAM! You come across a "page not found," also known as a 404 error page. What most people don't realize is that these error pages can be designed to be helpful to the unsuspecting visitor.
Error page designs are often neglected sinc...e they are seldom seen - - at least that's the intent. But for that rare occasion, why not invest a little extra time and creativity to ease your visitor's frustration? That's exactly what we're doing with our new error page (link below).

Eastwood Geeky? Perhaps. But I bet I'm the only kid on my block using Photoshop as a Twitter client. This is done with a cool feature in Adobe CS5 which allows you to customize and create your own panels.

Yesterday I posted that we'll be giving our Facebook fans an exclusive look into our web build process - specifically for our upcoming Eastwood Media website. I thought it would be fun to start with an "Easter egg" we added to the site...

Hi all, this is Kevin from Eastwood Media. We're always on the hunt for new ways to share ideas and connect with our clients. So we've decided to give our Facebook friends an exclusive inside look at how we are building our new website. After all, it's one thing to show a finished product and talk about the success ...points. It's another to be working through the challenges of a live project - - especially when we're exposing the unpolished side of our work.
Over the next few (hopefully) short weeks, I'll guide you through real-world marketing and technical points of our developing website as we build up to a go-live launch. Perhaps you'll inspire us with your new ideas or even find ideas to use on your next web project.
Without any further fanfare, follow the attached link to see our in-progress website as it exists right now….
It’s one thing to stand out by grabbing attention. It’s another to create interest. Interest sparks a connection which fuels your customers to engage. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer elit. Nam eu nulla.

Eastwood We've had a little break from the Information Firehose, aka Facebook, Twitter, etc. Glad to be back and catching up on the world around us. Have I mentioned we finished shooting our self-promo viral video? It has everything you want to see in a viral video - - and a lot you don't! I'll keep you posted as we move through editing....

Eastwood Going to the Richmond Flying Squirrels game tonight? Be sure to look for the new and extended versions of in-game animations....made in Eastwood of course! And yes, it's OK if you want to nudge the person beside you in the stands and say "yeah, we know the guys that made that."
