Good Morning Laura!
I am a sensitive, usually able to "sense" or communicate @ a small level with spirits & have on occassion been able to "sense" emotions from the living.
I have been able to do this and have had this gift since I was a child, but my parents thought it was just "imagination" or "creativity", so I eventu...ally stopped exercising it. About 19 yrs. ago I began to accept it as a gift and part of who I am, so I began to "let it flow" so to speak & have felt so much more happy & centered since!
My question is this... What is the best technique or exercise for me to utilize to develop my gifts and have better control of them? I would really like to be able to share them by helping people, especially for healing advice,missing children or loved ones. The longing I have been having to want to use my gifts in that way is undescribable & at times been overwhelming. Your insight would be much appreciated.
