The Virginia Chapter had a jolly good time at the 2009 Richmond Jingle Bell Run/Walk. Over $38,000 was raised to improve lives in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis. Thank you Richmond. We hope to see you all there for our 2010 Arthritis Walks. Need information, call us at 800.456.4687.

V Magazine for Women How scary is this?! Young women petitioning to take away women's suffrage?! This essay and video reminds us of how essential it is for women to be educated - and, perhaps more importantly, for women to think for themselves! http://www.myvmagazine.com/index.php/Voices-Weigh-in-on-the-Issues/suffrage-in-peril.html.

How many women would sign a petition to end women’s suffrage? The Padua High School Pandas decided to in a You Tube video made by Will Albino. Out of all those asked only one person decided not to sign.

V Magazine for Women In recognition of this month's theme, A Global View, we've added an informative, earth-shrinking blog to our "Voices" page. "Border Jumpers" follows the travels of two activists as they travel sub-Saharan Africa, reporting on what Africans are doing to respond to the huge challenges of drought, climate change, hunger, ...and poverty. http://www.myvmagazine.com/index.php/Voices/voices.html . Check out our other blogs while you're there, like Moms Matter, Earth Care, and Frequent Foreplay Miles.
