John Boyer Any way to get the Red Eye gang in on the fun?

Ricochet It's the debut of a new Ricochet Podcast feature: The Ricochet Smack Down. This week, John Yoo and Richard Epstein enter The Octagon to argue whether the names of the so-called "Al-Qaeda 7" ought to be made public, the legality and morality of torture, and other associated issues (see NYT article here: http://nyti.ms/...dofoWA). It's reality TV, Ricochet style.

Duane Oyen Great stuff, especially Steyn, whom I usually don't hear because 1) I work at a job, and 2) I don't ever listen to Rush any more (more over style than substance, prefer Dennis Miller's show, plus more substantive podcasts). But someone please tell Richard Epstein that he was hard to hear (sounded like he was on a spea...kerphone), and that the rest of us on the Right still believe that we are at war and that certain habeas protections are not necessarily properly equally applied to non-citizens off of US soil. Good grief.

Keith Rickert Jr. I'm working my way through the podcasts and enjoying them *thoroughly*! Will they continue after Launch or are they merely a way to drum up support for it? It's unclear to me if Ricochet will be audio only, print only, or an admixture of both mediums...

Felicia Jenkins Birney Oh man, I can't WAIT to listen to the John Yoo, Richard Epstein smackdown!

Jo Ann Rogers I'm listening to your podcasts in Costa Rica. Ricochet is going global!

David Smith I'm so glad that a "man with no face" is slated to join the roster of contributors. There is way to much discrimination against the facially challenged. Kudos "man with no face."
