i started the diet today before work and noticed that i wasnt hungry at all after i came home... i saw really good looking food though.. so i ate it and now i regret it lol! because now i feel like i ate 1000 cal when i really ate maybe 400 for dinner. right size works for me in the way that i know that if i eat after drinking it, ill be too full... Read More ... so now i know next time i wont eat after it, or have maybe a very small snack.and yea slim fast is cheaper, but right size has a better taste and more variety in what you can do with it

I started RightSize 2 days ago, 2day is my 3day. I am replacing 2 meals w/rightSize. One thing that i like is that i am not hungry @ all unlike when i tried Slim Fast, i got hungry so i think i found something that works for my sweet tooth and moreso i am enjoying the variety of tase. Does anyone out there experience sleeplessness at nite when u drink d shake 4 dinner. I barely splept last nite!!!
