Just getting back from the fish market with Josh Skenes, executive chef of Saison. Went along with him while he picked up some fresh (some still alive) fish for his menu tonight.

I've been taking a lot of business trips to Vegas lately and seeing things that are constantly just making my jaw drop. I took this video at the Vegas airport on Saturday night. It's really amazing how some people are just not getting this computer thing.
