Roanoke Valley Preservation Foundation Since 1996, the Roanoke Valley Preservation Foundation has recognized more than 100 endangered sites in the Roanoke Valley and neighboring communities. The organization's annual fall meeting features a reception and the announcement of the most recent list of endangered sites.
