SELCO (Southeastern Libraries Cooperating/Southeast Library System) What's Happening at SELCO - with Thanksgiving, there are no committee meetings so I am sharing department highlights. ILL & delivery staff report that they did the materials count today, collecting data on the volume handled. And administrative services staff are very busy with the Hot Read orders they are sorting out ......and processing. Angie says it has been a good year for new products!

helped an older patron find a specific biography of Beethoven he asked about.
When they found it on the shelf, a well-worn but sturdy and intact old
hardcover, he said, "I think this is the same book I checked out over 50 years ago. I
was in my 20s then, and now I am 82......." The book was published in the 1920s, so he
was probably right.

Plenty going on though! And this will give the staff time to take the AquaBrowser Usability Survey.
