Kelly is an eternal optimist, love's
life, people and live's with PASSION!!!
She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin...to hard-working parents from the blue-collar town.
After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Sales & Journalism her initial ambition was to be a news reporter. Then a few college classes sparked her interest in Sales which became one of those defining moments! She *knew* a whole new life and career was just waiting for her to embrace it!
She began as a recruiter for the University of Wisconsin System then moved on to the industrial sales arena as a National Account Representative.
In 1995 her career in the real estate industry began. Kelly worked as a mortgage lender for the next 10 years helping others gain a piece of the American dream and truly understanding value of home ownership. After many years of up and down markets, and a few refinance booms in between, she made a natural transition to the “other side” and earned her real estate license in 2004.
Kelly’s first 2 years as a licensed realtor were spent representing the 3rd largest residential builder in Minnesota. When she joined Keller Williams Premier Realty in 2006, she immediately became a top producing agent. She went on to get certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and continues to operate a top producing real estate team in the Rochester, Minnesota and surrounding area.
Bruce (yep, that's me!) brings the analytical and business structure side to the Team.
I was born and raised in Rochester Minnesota and nobody knows the area or people better than me.
I grew up in our family-owned automobile business which provided a strong work ethic and loyalty to our clients proved to be at the heart of our success.
After owning the family business for over 25 years, another career opportunity presented itself. The defining moment? A challenge of building a large and successful Real Estate business by partnering with Kelly.
So, with her extensive customer service and industry expertise and my knowledge and experience of running a successful business, we joined forces to create a Team of highly trained, client-focused real estate agents dedicated to exceeding client expectations while holding ourselves to the highest ethical and moral standards.
