Hedonist Artisan Chocolates Tonight Chocolate Maker Cody Whaley will be conducting a tasting at Pearl for the Hot Pink Delorean Party between 8-9pm. Doors open at 7pm, advanced tickets are $10, and the music is going to be great!
Hedonist Artisan Chocolates Today we finished up a fresh batch of Lapsang Souchong truffles, a smokey Chinese tea, part of our Spring Tea Collection. We enrobe the centers with 72% dark chocolate, and top them with a sprinkle of smoked black sea salt and a whole almond.
