Take fun-filled, challenging non-credit academic courses
- Students entering grades 9-12 enroll in courses that promote hands on learning, creative and critical thinking in a variety of topics
- Mostly a commuter program during winter and spring sessions; both a commuter and residential program in summer
- Allows for flexible scheduling, both morning and afternoon sessions are offered
- Meet new friends with similar interests
- Taught by UR faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and top local educators
- Over the past five years, 36% of past Rochester Scholars students applied to, and have been accepted by, the University of Rochester
