Take fun-filled, challenging non-credit academic courses
  • Students entering grades 9-12 enroll in courses that promote hands on learning, creative and critical thinking in a variety of topics
  • Mostly a commuter program during winter and spring sessions; both a commuter and residential program in summer
  • Allows for flexible scheduling, both morning and afternoon sessions are offered
  • Meet new friends with similar interests
  • Taught by UR faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and top local educators
  • Over the past five years, 36% of past Rochester Scholars students applied to, and have been accepted by, the University of Rochester
