Just one year after opening, the New York City annex to Cleveland's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will close its doors on January 3, according to one of the corporate partners in the venture.

RockSTAR Music Education Hello Families! It has been a little while since our last update. We are excited to announce that RockSTAR has grown alot since September. We started new classes in San Diego, three LA middle schools, and two new elementary schools. As always we are working on solidifying plans for this year's 5th Annual Battle ...of the Bands event. There are many more exciting events ahead for RockSTAR so stay tuned!
Eric Our son Max has been in the STAR program since Kindergarten. RockSTAR has been the outlet for his passion for music and playing the drums. Today we were told that we can't use any facilities at Cowan Avenue Elementary for the RockSTAR program. What the hell is that about? I'm sure that STAR will be contacting princ...ipal Da Sylveira and the district about this. Unacceptable guys!
Bruce Our family loves the Star program. Sadly the useless LAUSD administration, in particular our beloved Principal at Cowan Elementary, today told us that our school has NO PLACE FOR STAR TO USE for our kids. This is pathetic. I know I am going to be taking this up with the school adminstration, and I hope that Star does too... preferably before the check clears.
RockSTAR Music Education This has been a great week for us. We held our first classes in San Diego at the Hard Rock Cafe. It was a great success! This Monday, we have our first elementary school RockSTAR class in San Diego. Thank you to all the families in San Diego for joining us as we bring music to more of Southern California ~RockSTAR~
