and the Lee Development Group have signed a final agreement permitting the construction of a Fillmore Music Hall on the property which formerly housed the J.C. All traffic signals in the county are still functioning on regular, non-rush hour timing which may result in possible traffic congestion and/or delays during evening rush hour.
