SSU Recreation Center
Just wanted to take some time to thank all of our participants for coming out and making the inaugural Son Fest a huge success!
On Monday over 1,400 students came through the Rec Center in a matter of hours participating in any and all of our programs. Over a thousand dollars worth of prizes were given away, and most im......portantly, that afternoon we were able to turn our campus into a playground of health, fitness, and recreation.
We hope you all have made a connection with our programs and will choose to utilize them throughout the year ahead. Make sure you give us feedback on our discussion board to make Son Fest 2009 bigger and better!

Hey Everyone!!!
Just a quick note to inform you all of SON FEST 2008!!
The Inaugural Son Fest is going down August 25th from 3-7pm with live music to follow!
Imagine all of our Rec Center programs...FOR FREE!!
That's right: massage, PT assessments, rock climbing, group fitness classes, the list goes on and on.
Plus, we'll b......e hosting a variety of vendors, games, fitness competitions, and a tone of FREE GIVEAWAYS!!
Start the Fall Semester off with a bang, at Son Fest 2008!

SSU Recreation Center
Our indoor rock wall includes a 38 ft high top roping wall and 18ft high bouldering wall. Our trained staff set new routes weekly to keep things fresh for our versatile climbing community. All ages and experience levels welcome!
Plus, if you are an SSU student or other member and have your own equipment, climb for free!!
