Douglas County Fire District No.2 On Monday, September 21, 2009 at approximately 4:00 p.m., four (4) Douglas County Fire District No.2 Fire Fighters, with one Fire Engine and one Command Unit and three (3) Sutherlin Fire Department Fire Fighters, with one Fire Engine; under the direction of Fire District No.2 Fire Chief Michel V. Douglas County Fire District No.2

Douglas County Fire District No.2 Douglas County Fire District No. 2 was dispatched to an out of control burn at 2pm this afternoon. The first arriving Engine Company requested another Engine Company and Brush Rig respond to the scene at 502 Riverbend Road.

The fire was quickly contained to a small area and the cause is under investigation this evening.... Units from DFPA also responded to the scene to assist.
