Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM brought home two awards at the Philadelphia College AIR Awards. WGLS-FM Ops Manager E.J. Campbell was recognized for Best College Sports Reporting. His "Rowan Sports Minute" focused on the death of Phillies Hall of Fame broadcaster Harry Kalas. E.J. also won First Place for Best College Radio Editorial for his report on the Phillies Post-Season Pondering. Congrats to E.J.!

WGLS-FM has won first place in the Best Documentary category for "From First Snap to Stagg: The History of Rowan Football” by the National College Broadcasters, Inc. competition. This documentary was produced in 2008 by RTF alumni Joe Staudenmayer and Jim Vassallo.
