Selina Humnycki seems to never learn her lesson..... went out planning an 8 miler this morning so didn't take water... but the weather was beautiful (cold - but totally clear - great running weather) so tacked on an extra couple miles and came back completely dehydrated. Every time I do that I swear I wiull never again go running without my H3O and then I go do it again... DARN!

Michelle Love my new 'core' running jacket - My husband just got it for me for my birthday and my little girl got me the ponytail hat. It looks like I am ready for winter running! Looking forward to tonight's run > will the jacket make me go faster or farther, too?

I'm a loyal and long-time Running Room customer ... a "lifer"!!! But I'm looking for just one or two casual yet regular running partners for fall/winter season. I run outside for most of the winter here in Winnipeg and sometimes use the track at the Pan-Am.
