Jenny Mogford is injured and can't run, so trying to participate in other ways, like online forums. It's soooooooooooo frustrating!!

Just got home from my morning run was a litle bit tired today was much power walk insted of running......but I did it,and I feel fine.
Tomorrow I will meet my PT at the gym for some weight lifting mabye I do some running to warm up before.

Audrey Mahony Ran an ok 4 miles tonight in 43:02. Good news is I finally ran up Downhill Lane for the first time. They don't call it Downhill Lane for nothing, believe me :)
