I prefer to split the regime up to different days. It enables me to solely focus on each training program. I go four days of cardio and 2 days of weight training. If you mix them up, chances are you'll cheat on one of the two.

Tomorrow I will meet my PT at the gym for some weight lifting mabye I do some running to warm up before.
