Ryan was born and grew up in Preston, Lancashire. He attended a rubbish primary school, before moving onto a better one which had about 40 people in the entire place. He went onto secondary school, college and university where he got more and more into music. When he graduated university he continued to make music and record / edit / design / mix sound. He works on sound for films, and also writes, plays, records and mixes music.
