SAFEHOME When asked about the services she received, here is what Rita had to say, “Providing free counseling is a wonderful service to so many women who are struggling financially. Money for counseling is scarce. SAFEHOME helps heal emotional scars that usually takes longer to heal. SAFEHOME "My abuse started subtly. My husband would use lots of teasing and jokes that would put me down, or humiliate me." said Rita.
SAFEHOME Rita is a 59 year old woman who was married for 37 years. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and grandmother of five adorable grandchildren. She has been utilizing SAFEHOME's free counseling for nearly two years now.
