Just came across a copy of his song book (a printing from 1970) -- lyrics to many of his songs (including some I don't think he recorded) and to songs by folks like Jim Reeves and Jimmie Rodgers. Also tributes to a number of local and national figures from Sierre Leone, ads for Freetown businesses, etc. Very neat.

I would love the Krio lyrics for "Nyalomei Luange" untranslated

I am trying to learn it in Krio so that when I cover it, I can 'do it justice'. Having the lyrics in print would be a big help.

James Ingham Glad this is up and running. Who put it together? Rogie actually born in 1926 and lived in London 1988-1994, returning only briefly to Sierra Leone for a visit. A good friend. Will add more pics soon...James
