Justin Olsen Its a shame that the government is now coming down on the Badger. First time I sailed on her was when I was 9 years old back in 1998. Now if only the Spartan was sailing again too.

I have found 3 other Carferry sites on Face Book, Crew Members of Ludington Carferries, Great Lakes Carferry Enthusiastst, & I worked on the S. S. Badger. All have some great photos, & conversations. If you go to Carferry Enthusiast photo section, they have photos of the tow from the tug boat, click on a photo, at the ...lower right of pic there is "from album Tug Trips" click on that, & a whole bunch more of Badger tow to Sturgeon Bay.Read More
