SU Food Services Here's the team that made: 475lbs of turkey; 30 gallons of gravy; 30 pans of stuffing; 120lbs of peas; 216lbs of sweet potatoes; 200lbs of mashed potatoes; 250lbs of rice & beans; and 100lbs of cranberry relish for the 30th Annual International Thanksgiving Dinner.
