I am in El Paso, I was in a meeting today where a local judge who is starting a program specifically for vets who appear in court to get help it will be a 6 month program instead of sending them to jail. A lot of soldiers are showing up in court and he knows they need help for PTSD.

Does your study also examine the number of Viet Era veterans who are incarcerated? Does it include ex-convicts as well or only current prisoners?

You need to speak to someone in FRG or his closest command. They may not be aware. If you make them aware they might get him some counseling to determine if he's deployable. This is just the beginning. It won't get better on its own.
