Jackie, I always say I have a brown thumb. EXCEPT for my Christmas cactuses. I have 7 of those, too, and they all just grow and grow and bloom every year.

I can not even keep aloe vera plants alive! My grandmother-in-law gave me one very time I saw her for about 3 years; until I convinced her I would only killed them.

Jackie, I have a whole tree (white) full of fashion-oriented ornaments: dolls in cool clothes, corsets, shoes, etc. (the garland is a bunch of red boas). I'll post a picture!

That is terrible, hopefully he'll feel 100% by Christmas. Hope all is well with your hubby! My husband is going thru chemo now for colon cancer, so I have been a nut trying to make sure we do not come in contact with any germs! So far so good for us...

My son is recovering pretty well, although he still gets tired at night.

As for me, so far, so good, and it's been 8 days since he got sick, so I'm hoping hubby and I dodged the bullet!

Have you read the Royal Brotherhood trilogy? They were very good - I reread them last weekend.

I love Christmas!! I start December 1st! We also celebrate Hannukah so we have lots of lights and stick to a Blue and White Christmas. But red stockings are a must!!!
