People Reaching Out Happy Red Ribbon Week! The continuing tradition of displaying Red Ribbons started in 1985 as a symbol of intolerance towards the use of drugs after the murder of DEA Agent Kiki Camarena by drug traffickers. The mission of the Red Ribbon Campaign (october 23-31) is to present a unified and visible commitment towards the creation of a Drug-Free America. Visit www.peoplereachingout.org for a free Red Ribbon activity!
