About 1,400 Saginaw County high school freshmen gathered this morning at Saginaw Valley State University's Ryder Center to embrace the "stay in school" message.

The Saginaw Community Foundation and the Public Libraries of Saginaw will host a “Knowledge for College: College and Scholarship Fair” from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, at the Saginaw Intermediate School District Transition Center, 3860 Fashion Square in Saginaw Township.
