Amy Wolinski Buben The thing I like best about working at Yeo is that we can either be paid for our overtime or bank it to use as time off later in the year. This is great because my department works a lot of hours during tax season but we are very flexible about time off the rest of the year and I can bank hours and use them in the summer or fall when my kids have lots going on.
