Yoga Basics

This program is for everyone! No experience or flexibility required. This class will explore different asanas, sun salutations and pranayamas (breathing tecniques) with a moderate pace to allow you to connect deep inside and relax into a steady mind.

Where: VL 2 Exercise Room
When: Schedule:

Mondays: 4-5 p.m.

Tuesdays: 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Wednesdays: 4-5 p.m.

*Thursdays: 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Please note: On Thursday, January 14, class will be from 10-11 a.m. and on Monday, January 18 (MLK Day), class will be held if you RSVP.

All you need to bring is a yoga mat! If you don't have a mat, Ubuntu Yoga donated 6 yoga mats and you are welcome to borrow one for the class.
