Muscle Confusion is and can be done with supersets, giant sets, and common lifts as well Todd, it keeps body builders from leveling off. (They created muscle confusion). I like the word "Everyday Movements" for the regular population better. Muscle confusion is sort of a "gimme" that everyone needs in a routine. It is better understood as "Change up your training routine regularly". Have a good day brother!

This is true Eric. Most people go to the gym each day without specific goals in place...and without ever testing or using markers to measure real progress. Their idea of measuring progress never goes any further than looking in the mirror and stepping on the scale day in and day out. It is very important to extablish a direction...a destination... Read More. A training program should be comprised of workouts geared toward what a person wants to achieve...whether the achievement is athletic, personal vanity, or simply health related for someone like a cardiac patient who's first goal may be to just climb the stairs at home once again. Markers should be used in any training program to measure how close a person is to achieving their short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals. A personal trainer like yourself gives someone not only the knowledge of what to do during each workout...but more importantly...someone to be accountable to who pushes them to attain thier goals through a training program.

yea but I dont look like that anymore! Down 10 time for another photo shoot! except now its pretty much pitch black the whole time we are there...I miss the beautiful sunrise! But it still fun..kind of...when I don't feel like im about to puke HAHAHA
