Hello Pauline!

The question is how long you will stay and what you would like to do in Salzburg. If you only want to visit some "Advent- and Christmas Markets" and other events in the city of Salzburg you won't need your car. Then it will be easier taking the train. But if you would like to visit some sights outside the city your car would be usefull. Of course there are also some guided tours. I think it would be best to have a look at our website www.salzburg.info planing what to do and afterwards you decide if you travel by car or train.

Best Regards... See More

Hello Pedro, then we are talking about the Paschingerschlössl situated at the Stefan-Zweig-Weg (http://www.salzburg.com/wiki/index.php/Paschinger_Schl%C3%B6ssl - sorry only in German).
Stefan Zweig lived there from 1919 until 1934. Unfortunately the object is in private hands so you cannot visit the property.
