WHO: Leslie Raymond and Jason Jay Stevens (Potter-Belmar Labs) organize each Colloquium; the presenters are different every time. This instance will include San Antonio-based artists Beto Gonzalez, Stuart Allen, Rex Hausmann, and Sarah Jones, among others.
WHAT: The Colloquium is a free and open forum for artists in San... Antonio to show their work and talk about their motivations, ideas, passions, and purpose. This is the third Colloquium; its two previous iterations have featured artists such as Chuck Ramirez, David Alcantar, Sabra Booth, Raul Castellanos, The Prime Eights, Chris Sauter, Randy Wallace, Guillermina Zabala. Each artist gets 13 minutes to show their stuff via slideshows, talks, video screenings, performances, or all of the above. Artists of any medium, any level, any convictions can send materials to be considered for participation in the next Colloquium.Read More
