Sally Big market this weekend. HGD Foods has been cooking up a storm. New products are fig jam, cranberry sauce, cranberry relish, and our pancake syrups-flavors are mango, peach, red raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry. And if I get the time this week we will have toasted butter pecan syrup. We are back in stock with candied jalapenos, hot and sweet pickels, okra and hot okra.

Ann and John walked along new section of riverwalk from Pearl Brewery and SAMA to downtown. Saw a river barge going through new lock and dam system (who need Panama?) and got goodies at Pearl Farmers Market: lunch was bread (Biga), fresh goat cheese and minced garlic (CKC Farms, Blanco), olive oil (Sandy Oak Olive Orchard, Elmendorf) with our homegrown herbs, and soup (Home Grown Design, Converse). YUM
