OC Crossfit "Tabata" is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work immediately followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise. There is no rest between exercises for a total of 32 rounds (16 minutes total).

OC Crossfit Monday 091116 Strength: Front Squat 3-3-3 PLUS 1 X 15 Skills: Knees to elbows (or toes to the bar) Met Kahn WOD: "Deliverance" Row 2000M. At the top of each odd minute of rowing, dismount the erg and do 5 pull ups 10 push ups, and 15 squats. (i.e. do a set of 5-10-15 at minute 1, 3, 5, 7 etc...).
