This is an adaptive dance class created for clients with Parkinson’s Disease (or who have neurological impairments) to provide an opportunity to learn more about your body and what it can do in a fun environment.
This is a dance class that combines rhythm, music and movement un...der the direction of Jen who has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and the instruction of dancers from Jean Isaacs’s Musical Theater.
When : Sundays at 11-12pm
Where: Promenade in Point Loma
How much: $10 per class
