San Diego County Water Authority The State Department of Water Resources has released the results of its first snow survey. The results show the snow pack at 85% of normal and the release below says it all, "Looking at the real possibility of a fourth dry year, we must prepare now, conserve now and act now, so that we have enough water for homes, far...ms and businesses in 2010 and in the future."
