On December 30 at 8 pm, I will host “A Girl’s Life,” a new PBS show about girls. The show follows four teens as they face struggles with body image, cyberbullying, violence and education.

The Jenna Druck Foundation Grief Education Workshop 11/18 "Faith & Loss" Experiencing the loss of a child or loved one can leave us feeling traumatized, broken hearted, deeply grieving, angry and can impact our ability to go on.Many times questions about faith and spirituality may arise. This freeworkshop provides a safe space to learn how other...s have answered these questions and to ask your own questions with a diverse panel of faith leaders. A free workshop open to the community appropriate for anyone that has lost a loved one: a child, spouse, family member, sibling, friend. All faiths and perspectives welcome. If you or someone you know has lost a loved one and is grieving, Families Helping Families (FHF) can help. FHF provides comprehensive support services to bereaved families, individuals, and communities who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

The Jenna Druck Foundation This milestone event will offer support and guidance for those who have lost a loved one. Five support groups are offered designed to meet the specific needs of each group: Children, Teens, Mom's, Dad"s and a special group "Healing Your Life After the Loss of a Loved One" for those who have lost a spouse, adult sibling..., a friend. The day will conclude with an outdoor picnic. We hope that you will join us or share this opportunity with someone you know who may benefit from some support.
