Well we are not them as you can see :) Restaurant business is fun! We'll open one when is meant to be, at the right moment , best intention and absolutely clear and wide perspective.
Something to consider for anyone wanna start a restaurant business and selling raw foods. Have in mind that food concers to everybody and you have to talk a language ... See Morethat everybody will understand about your food, even if your food is different from most other foods...everybody undertand about tasty flavors, aromas and textures; about nice, clean and pleasent environment, efficient and relaxing service, great vibe....believe me clients wont come back if you dont take care of those first...even if you have the most healthy and organic food ever... :)
we get some of our produce at People's, by the way :)
