Big Thank you to all those who ran and supported this wonderful organization, Project Open Hand. Christina Solorio was the top fundraiser within the team! We raised the total of $14,374! What a success!

The top Northern California Outrigger Club, Kilohana will be teaching an Outrigger Canoe class to Body Mechanix, trainers, clients, and friends. We will learn the skills, and techniques in a hour long lesson then continue on to race each other in teams using 10 man boats! This will be an exciting adventure and definite...ly suited for all levels of fitness!
