Chef Matt Kerley and crew have put together a Spring tasting menu: 3 savory courses for $45 (add $10 for beer pairings). Tomorrow night! Here's the menu (regular menu also available):
First Course:
Beet tartare, mustard greens, sherry-date vinaigrette, carrot and asparagus ribbons
Beer: Kalifornia Kölsch

Second Course:
Stuffed palm hearts with wild mushroom mousse, ratatouille terrine, chanterelle demi
Beer: Cole Porter
Third Course:
Artichoke soup, pan-seared corn cake, taleggio toast

Magnolia Gastropub & Brewery Weekapaug Gruit is back tomorrow (3/24) after a too-long absence! It's a 500-year throwback to the days of beer without hops. Instead of hops, wild rosemary, sweet gale, and yarrow flowers combine for a truly unique flavor experience. Chef Matt Kerley has a couple of specials up his sleeve to pair with our gruit, tomorrow, too.

This one is built around a whole, locally sourced lamb that Ronnie is bringing in. Price is $50 and includes beer pairings (pairing selections TBD). Here's what we've got cooking so far, though it's subject to change a little:
First Course:
Tartine of Braised Lamb Shoulder, Green Garlic, Grana Padano
...Second Course:
Lamb Two Ways: Lamb Chop w/Fava Bean Mint Relish, and Asparagus Tips and Lamb Crepinette w/English Pea Puree
Third Course, Dessert:
Apricot Tart w/Whipped Cream and Apricot Gastric

Magnolia Gastropub & Brewery Crawfish by the pound (flown in that day from New Orleans), corn, potatoes, andouille and other sides, and plenty of beer. It's also $3 Tuesday...all pints of house beer $3 all day. 5-10pm or until we run out.

Magnolia Chef Ronnie New and Linkery Chef Max Bonacci collaborated on a menu that features The Linkery's house-cured meats in each course. Each course is paired with a Magnolia beer, of course. The same menu and beer will b...e available at the Linkery and Magnolia and some of our staff will trade places for the evening. Price is $45 including beer pairings.
