i have an ear infection due to allergies. the blood draw was to determine what allergies such that a 'vaccine' can be made.
it's not really a vaccine, it's just an increasing dose of whatever i'm allergic to to build up natural defenses.

(Ed. Note: i think i transcribed all of that properly, sometimes reef mumbles a little when talking.)
